Your generous donations and support has a huge and direct impact on children with a rare orphan disease. How? By giving them the opportunity to find the right doctors and understand what to expect. By giving the researchers the knowledge to find treatment options. Some of our genes are missing, some are duplicated, and some are flipped around.
Without your donations, the individuals face daily challenges in normal things most take for granted like walking and talking. They also deal with serious health impacts with cognitive impairment, seizures and heart defects. We are working very hard to help our beautiful 8p heroes.

The Challenge
Barriers like conflict, poverty, discrimination and climate crisis prevent girls from accessing safe and quality education. The threats vary between countries and communities, but around the world, girls are fighting for their right to learn — and they need your help.
